What Makes a Hotel Cat Friendly?

There are a few things that make a hotel cat-friendly. First, the hotel should have a pet policy for when guests bring their cats with them. This policy should include rules about how many cats can be brought into the hotel, when they can be left, and what kind of care from the pet owner the cat will need during their stay. For example, can the cat be left alone in the room while the owner is out? Can your cat visit public areas such as the restaurant or outdoor pool? Also, the staff should be educated on how to keep the cats safe and comfortable. For example, many pet friendly hotels provide a door hanger that alerts staff and other guests that a pet is residing in the room.

Pretty Litter

Several hotels are very pet-friendly and offer additional services for cats (and dogs), including room service for pets, pet sitting in guest rooms, and even cat-friendly furniture in the hotel rooms.
